Morning proceed towards Bhitarkanika on the way excursion to Ratnagiri, Lalitgiri&Udayagiri Buddhist Stupas and Monasteries. The excavations here have revealed Vajrayana Buddhist structures, both stupas and monasteries, as well as sculptures and Buddha images. Ratnagiri has produced the best finds, showing excellent sculptural skill combining different colored stones. Excavations are still continuing. Later check in to Sand Pebbles Bhitarkanika Jungle Resort. Dinner & overnight stay.
After a delicious home style Breakfast visit to Bird Sanctuary, trekking to Hunting tower of Ancient King and cruise to different creeks on countryside boat approved by Wildlife Department, to spot crocodiles, visit to Museum and Project Area. After lunch, enjoy the surrounding nature’s beauty and paddy field. In the late afternoon visit the Jagannath temple to participate in the Live Aalati Darshan.
